The film is set on the campus of “Pacific Tech”, a fictitious technical university in the US based on Caltech, although some elements of the plot and campus refer to events at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mitch is one of the youngest students ever accepted to a university known for its programs for geniuses. He’s partnered up with his roommate, science club legend Chris Knight, on a project to develop a high-powered laser. Together with their hyper-kinetic friends, they employ their intellects in the pursuit of bigger blasts, practical jokes, and a deeper understanding of what real genius is. When their final, functional laser is stolen by their teacher for a military weapon, they decide to get even.

The courage to face fear.Every man dies, not every man really lives.

Directed by: Mel Gibson

Produced by: Mel Gibson,Alan Ladd, Jr.,Bruce Davey,Stephen McEveety

Written by: Randall Wallace

Narrated by: Angus Macfadyen

Starring: Mel Gibson, Patrick McGoohan,Angus Macfadyen,Brendan Gleeson,Sophie Marceau,Peter Hanly,Ian Bannen,James Cosmo,Catherine McCormack,David O’Hara,Brian Cox,James Robinson II

Mel Gibson stars on both sides of the camera, playing the lead role plus directing and producing this brawling, richly-detailed saga of fierce combat, tender love and the will to risk all that’s precious for something more precious: freedom.

In an emotionally charged performance, Gibson is William Wallace, a bold Scotsman who used the steel of his blade and the fire of his intellect to rally his countrymen to liberation. Filled with sword-clanging spectacle, Braveheart is a tumultuous tapestry of history come alive, “the most sumptuous and involving historical epic since Lawrence Of Arabia” (Rod Lurie, Los Angeles Magazine).

3 Idiots is a 2009 Bollywood comedy directed by Rajkumar Hirani, with a screenplay by Abhijat Joshi, and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. It is based on the novel Five Point Someone by Chetan Bhagat. Casting Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Kareena Kapoor, Omi Vaidya, Parikshit Sahni and Boman Irani.

3 Idiots is the first movie in which Kareena Kapoor has worked along with Aamir Khan.3 Idiots is expected to be the first Indian film to be officially released on You Tube, within 12 weeks of releasing in theatres. It is also the “highest grossing Bollywood movie of all time.

Two friends set out on the quest of their free spirited buddy who has suddenly vanished from the college. The comedy runs partly in flashback of what passed before the disappearance of the original of the 3 idiots, and in parallel also takes through the quest journey of the 2 friends.

It is excellent and Hirani must be complimented for brining about the limitations of the Indian education system in a very interesting manner. One of the main themes of the movie according to me is “follow your heart” Only problem is that in movies, they are not always able to show all aspects of the problem.

For instance, many people come to know what is their cup of tea(enjoy doing) only after they start working(In work, we have the possibility of discovering ourselves) and for many, it is too late by then as India does not have structured career trasnsition. “All is well” is not really so in real life.

Movie is excellent wanna watch it again. Its a lesson to all those who always want education to earn money but not to gain knowledge.
